POSTAGE:

Most items via Sendle Shipping. However sometimes we might use Aus post.
Flat rate $12 postage store wide, while we love free shipping for many small businesses its just not viable, as we still have to pay someone for the shipping, cover costs of bags, boxes, bubble wrap, sticky tape ect. 
Peace of mind, if your items dont arrive, we will investigate with courier and you will be refunded or they will be resent. 

CUSTOM ORDERS: 
Custom orders can take anywhere from 14-26 days to be created and sent out. If any further delays arise I will notify you. All items are backed by our guarantees. 

GUARANTEE: All items carry 60 money back guarantee for broken items, faults or if items do not arrive at all. If items arrived damaged I will seek compensation from courier and you can keep items instead of sending them back.
